If you find that there are quality defects, close to the expiration date and other problems after receiving the goods, please contact the business personnel in the first time (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai customers within 7 days after the sale of the goods, other customers within 7 days after receiving the goods). After confirmation by our company, return the goods to our company, and please keep the original packaging of the goods do not damage, the company will replace the goods for you or handle the return procedures.
We do not accept returns once the following items are sold:
1) Narcotics and precursor chemicals;
2) Special orders for you (one-in-one goods, customized goods, imported goods);
3) The outer package has been seriously contaminated, damaged goods and goods that have been opened;
4) Goods with quality and damage caused by improper storage or return during transportation;
5) Hot goods, volatile goods, expiration goods, fragile goods;
6) Commodities of precious metals and their compounds.
In addition to the quality defects of the goods sold by our company, the freight of the returned goods and the return freight of the replacement goods are borne by the purchaser.
In case of special circumstances, we will deal with it at our discretion, and the company reserves the right of final interpretation.
